The Meteorite Group, which comprises Meteorite Group Pte Ltd and its 8 foreign incorporated subsidiaries, is the Australian property development and property investment arm of the Singapore Mainboard listed Hiap Hoe Limited. Incorporated in August 2013, our portfolio has grown astronomically since embarking on a strategic expansion into the Australian market in that same year. To date, we currently own and manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality assets. These comprise a Grade-A commercial building in 130 Stirling Street, Perth as well as 2 well located quality assets in Melbourne: Marina Tower, Melbourne and 380 Lonsdale Street.
