How do you count 1 credit?
A typical support request that takes less than 30 minutes to assess or resolve is counted as 1 credit. However, if your request requires both a project manager (to understand your needs, communicate, or meet you) and a developer (to execute the task), it will be counted as 2 credits — since two team members are involved in fulfilling the request.
Can you maintain a website built by another developer or agency?
Yes. Before we begin, our team will conduct a technical audit to evaluate the current setup. Once reviewed, we’ll determine compatibility and propose the best plan to support your site effectively.
