eFusion Technology partnered with JOBuddy to design and develop a fully custom web application for Singapore’s recruitment market, connecting employers and job seekers within one integrated digital platform. The project focused on building the application from the ground up, including dedicated user portals, custom recruitment workflows, a credit-based candidate unlocking system, rewards and learning modules, and a central admin back office, supported by a complete UI/UX and brand design system.
