The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) helps businesses adopt pre-approved IT solutions, equipment, and consultancy services that streamline workflows and strengthen operational efficiency. It is designed to support companies aiming to boost productivity, automate routine tasks, and scale more effectively through technology-driven improvements. Whether the goal is to implement an ERP system, digitalise HR functions, or introduce an AI-enabled CRM, PSG offers an accessible and cost-efficient pathway to begin your organisation’s digital transformation.

FAQs
Can I apply for PSG if I have already started using the solution?
No. PSG only supports projects not yet started. You must not sign a contract, make payment, or begin implementation before approval. Doing so will automatically disqualify your application.
Are subscription-based SaaS solutions eligible for PSG funding?
Yes, but only for pre-approved SaaS solutions listed under PSG. The grant usually covers the first-year subscription, setup, onboarding, and training. Recurring subscription fees beyond the first year are not funded.
Can I apply for multiple PSG solutions in the same year?
Yes. Companies may apply for more than one PSG solution, as long as the total approved funding does not exceed the S$30,000 annual grant cap and each solution addresses a distinct business need.
Does PSG cover custom-built or bespoke software?
No. PSG strictly funds pre-scoped, pre-approved solutions that have gone through EnterpriseSG’s vendor evaluation process. Custom software development typically falls under the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) instead.
What happens if my project implementation is delayed after approval?
You must complete implementation and submit claims within the specified claim period stated in your approval letter. If delays occur, you may request an extension, but approval is not guaranteed. Claims submitted after expiration will not be reimbursed.
